Our menu development team are consistently tweaking and making adjustments to our menu and whilst we will never be able to ensure an item is completely Gluten Free (as it will be prepared in the same area as other gluten containing ingredients), you’ll be pleased to know that we offer a Gluten Friendly bread and bun option, and a selection of items that are Gluten Friendly.

Each café carries a copy of Ingredient listing which identifies the allergens in each ingredient we use – this can be used to help make an informed decision as to which menu items are made with non-gluten containing ingredients.
